Our mission statement is uniquely different from other travel agencies’ statements. We take care of our employees. That is the foundation of our success. The building blocks are the suppliers. Carefully chosen from the world’s suppliers we choose the very best of the best for our clients. Our clients benefit from not only the expertise of our agents but from the knowledge that what they care about most in a vacation is what we care about most in fulfilling.

We do not take the responsibility of fulfilling our client’s vacation plans lightly. We research the most reliable and cost effective suppliers so that we can recommend the perfect fit for our clients.

History:
The year was 1979. The place was Emmaus, Pennsylvania. Maryellen Iobst had a plan. To open a travel agency in the center of town. Over 30 years later, Iobst Travel is still going strong on the "Triangle" in downtown Emmaus, PA. After 12 years managing the office for the Iobst family, Julia Horn purchased the agency in May 2010.

Today, we offer a range of services, from foreign currency exchange to Amex card benefits for our clients and a strong supplier base from cruise lines to the Vacation.com product. Our vendors are solid. All of this would not be possible without a strong staff. Julia is well versed in the travel business. Her clients come back again and again for her attention to detail and customer service. She is supported by Shannon Miller with 15 years at Iobst Travel. Shannon, has seen the agency in its morphises from an agency for everyone to an agency with clients who come back for the expertise and customer service they are accustomed to and expect.

Julia "Jules" Marques and Kathy Fenstermacher round the agent side. Julia "Jules" Marques. Travel Consultant, is our Aussie Specialist! Having spent a semester abroad studying "Down Under", Jules has taken the time to further her knowledge of all things "Aussie". Her clients love her caring nature and sharp wit! She loves to research and put together an itinerary that suits your every need. Jules is married with a baby girl and an awesome bulldog.

Kathy Fenstermacher and Kathy Rupp round out the office. Our "Kathys" are dedicated to helping us out when duty calls. Visit us over and over.

Well we're back two weeks now and I finally have a chance to drop you a line.
The trip was great. Everything came off without a hitch. The hotels you chose were "over the top" fantastic. They had every amenity and then some. In general, the locations were superb and the facilities were beautiful. In fact, the hotel grounds were the prettiest areas we saw in Hawaii.

Weber) called you the other day and I just wanted to say how much I
appreciate you finding me a flight. Every time I look for flights they are
very expense and I can't seem to get any deals. My mother usually helps me

What an absolute pleasure it was to be with you and your husband on the June 22nd trip to Sanford/Orlando.  Not only was it a wonderful opportunity to see and learn about our exceptional alternative to MCO Orlando and to experience Allegiant Air, as both were eye opening delights, but it was so perfectly orchestrated.  You did a fantastic job for all of us.  On behalf of Bernie and Angela, I wish to than you  for this very educational and fun trip!

There were so many adventures packed into our short time in Florida, but the things you treated us to and the venues we were able to take advantage of were quite fantastic.  We were certainly able to experience the variety of activities which would please anyone wanting to see beyond Disney World!
The Rivership Romance, such an unexpected delight:  Daytona Speedway, fascinating, amazing and thrilling: Canoeing, peacefully refreshing fun:
the Zoological Park, super charming, relaxing family area: "Black Hammock Airboat, beyond exhilarating and yummy dining:  The flea market and antiquing, a must and always fun.  I was thrilled with the knowledge that I as able to return home with.  I know that Allegiant and the Sanford airport are what my husband and I will use when we slip down to Florida for our quick "get-aways"

This was a perfect trip because of all of your hard work and for the time spent organizing it.  Thank you, Mary Ellen, for the opportunity to experience this excellent trip.

I wanted to say Thank you on behalf of all of us for your hospitality, help and in putting together a great promotion!  The entire morning show and the 5 winners and guest all had a terrific time and Las Vegas was certainly everything it's supposed to be!

It's hard to believe that it was almost a week ago that we were in Vegas looking for places to get married. I guess it's good that we didn't because my wife would have been upset. (The winners of the WMGK contest wanted to renew their vows.  We found the top of the Eiffel Tower at the Paris Hotel the perfect place!)

Anyway, I just wanted to say hello and thanks again for all the help.  You were really fun and I hope we can go back to Vegas very soon.
